From other news sources, Tru News Report learned that Kim Kardashian’s alleged stalker was caught on Friday after going against a temporary restraining order and entering her gated community.

The man, whose name is Jomoine Victor Zigler, walked up to Kardashian’s house, according to law enforcement sources cited by TMZ. 

Despite the fact that he reportedly did not enter her property, Kardashian, 42, called the authorities, and the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department caught him.

Then, Zigler was said to have been arrested and charged with breaking a court order.

The reality star was given a temporary restraining order against Zigler last month. She says that he has been to her house many times, called her his wife, and sent her a diamond ring, among other things, that she doesn’t like. 

Kardashian said in court papers that Zigler first talked to her in December, according to TMZ. 

She told the court through her attorney, Shawn Holley, that security stopped Zigler, 28, on multiple occasions when he attempted to enter her residence and that he posted profane messages about her online while calling her his wife.

Kardashian said that Zigler sent things to her house, like the ring and the hotel room keys. She also said that he has a criminal record that includes threats and weapons. 

The mother of four told the court that she has experienced emotional distress due to Zigler’s persistent, unwanted attention. This month, a hearing on the matter was scheduled to take place. 

TMZ reported that Kardashian received a five-year restraining order against Andre Persaud in December. Persaud claimed he could “telepathically” communicate with the reality star.

She told the court that Persaud, whom she had never met, had visited her residence three times in August 2022 and that she feared the situation could deteriorate into violence.

A judge in Los Angeles told Persaud that he couldn’t talk to Kardashian or get within 100 yards of her. He also couldn’t own or have any guns, and he couldn’t give the guns he already has to the police. 

Khloe Kardashian also talked about unwanted attention in an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians from 2017. She and her half-sister Kendall Jenner went to a gun range to practice shooting, but they didn’t buy any guns.
