Kenya’s entertainment world is mourning the loss of a cherished star, content creator, and influencer, Tabitha Gatwiri, who passed away at the tender age of 29.
Known for her sharp wit and comedic brilliance, Gatwiri captured the hearts of thousands with her relatable skits and humorous takes on everyday life, making her a beloved figure on social media platforms.
Tabitha Gatwiri’s rise to fame was marked by her role in the widely popular show “The Real House Helps of Kawangware,” where she displayed her exceptional humour and acting prowess. However, it was her viral skit about a fictional “university boyfriend” that truly catapulted her into the spotlight.
This relatable and humorous portrayal of young love resonated with many and established her as a significant presence in the online content creation space.

Gatwiri’s body has been moved to Kenyatta University Teaching and Referral Hospital mortuary as investigations continue.
