The versatile and stunning actress, Kalsoume Sinare, has been nominated to receive an award at the 13th Annual Mega 3G Awards and Celebrity Bash, set to take place in New York.
Ms. Sinare, one of Ghana’s most dedicated and talented actresses with a solid background in the film industry, has appeared in over 100 movies, captivating viewers with her compelling performances across a variety of roles.
The nominees were announced in the last week of April, with the event scheduled for Saturday, October 5, 2024, at the Ukrainian Youth Center, 301 Palisade Avenue, Yonkers, NY.
This year’s honorees include notable personalities such as the Akumaa Mama Zimbi Foundation, Nyansa Boakwa of Happy FM, Empress Gifty Osei, ACP Kofi Sarpong, Ofori Amponsah, Prophet Kpegah Tamakloe, Lord Kenya, Aburi Gardens Restaurant, VA, Doris Boaduwaa, the Black Queens, and many others.
Past recipients of awards from the 3G Media Group & Afrikan Digest have included Lynne Carter, the first African American female boxing judge and a three-time Hall of Famer; Honourable Kennedy Agyapong; Hollywood actor Abraham Attah; boxing legend Azuma Nelson; Rev. Osei Kofi; Ibrahim Sunday; Akwasi Appiah, former Black Stars Coach; Asamoah Gyan, former Captain of the Ghana Black Stars; Ruth-Hassell Thompson; Deloris Frimpong Manso, aka Delay; Captain Smart, and many more.

Since its inception in 2009, the 3G Media Awards scheme has invited various distinguished personalities to New York. These awardees come from diverse industries including entertainment, tourism, media, public/security service, business, politics, and traditional leadership, receiving endorsement from the President of the Ghana Journalist Association, Mr. Albert Kwabena Dwumfour.
Last year’s event featured the Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Tourism Authority, Mr. Akwasi Agyemang, as the keynote speaker and honoree. He declared the show the Best African Diasporan Awards Scheme, established by a Ghanaian.
The 3G Media Awards team is led by its President and Chief Executive Officer, H. E. Evangelist Dr. Charles N. Ntiamoah-Mensah, popularly known as Mr. CNN/Dr. CNN. With nearly 25 years as a media and showbiz legend, he is the Publisher and Editor of Afrikan Digest Newspaper and 3G Magazine, and a renowned former freelance photojournalist and writer famous for his contributions to Ghanaweb.
3G stands for God, Global, & Giving (Triple G, 3Gs). The award scheme recognises the sacrifice and dedication of unsung heroes from Ghana, Africa, and global communities.
