Justin Bieber is about to finalize a deal to sell the rights to his entire song library for close to $200 million.
The Wall Street Journal reports that Bieber has signed a contract with Hipgnosis Songs Capital. If the sale goes through, it will be the largest acquisition of music rights in the company’s history.
The possible contract might encompass Bieber’s entire discography, which consists of six albums and several songs and collaborations released over a decade.
Hipgnosis is the same company that reportedly paid $100 million for the rights to Justin Timberlake’s repertoire earlier this year.
