Just hours after his historic inauguration, a video has surfaced, capturing the moment Mahama made his way to the Jubilee House—the heart of Ghana’s government—to begin his duties as the leader of the nation.
The scene was a moment of both symbolism and anticipation, following his landslide victory in the 2024 elections.
The swearing-in ceremony, which took place at the Black Star Square on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, was a grand occasion attended by world leaders, dignitaries, and celebrities from both Ghana and Nigeria.
