A report from TMZ says that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are in the process of buying a great home in the Los Angeles area.
The estate is located in the ultra-exclusive Pacific Palisades region of Los Angeles, where only the ultra-wealthy reside.
It is listed for $34,500,000, but it is not known what the agreed-upon price is, but it is likely to be close to the listing price.
The house was constructed only a year ago. The seller describes it as a typical home in the Hamptons with 7 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. It is situated on a one-acre lot, which is enormous for the neighborhood.
The mansion boasts all the bells and whistles, including a theater, fitness center, swimming pool, and wine cellar. It also has a health spa, although it is unclear how this differs from a fitness center.
Lopez has listed her Bel Air house for $42.5 million. They were going to fix up this house at first, but now their plans have changed, and they are moving west.
