It Was A Family Affair – Berla Mundi Explains Why She Didn’t Invite Some Of Her Colleagues To Her Wedding

Co-host of TV3 New Day, Berla Mundi, has rendered an apology to some of her colleagues, friends, and fans who were not invited to her recently held marriage ceremony.

Returning to set after her wedding, Berla Mundi was queried by her co-host, Roland Walker, over her failure to invite him and other colleagues to witness her big day.

“You didn’t invite me, Cookie, and Johnie to the wedding,” he questioned.

In her defense, Berla said the event was meant to be a small event, hence the decision to invite a small group of people.

Further questioned by Roland if he and their other colleagues were her enemies for which they didn’t receive an invitation, Berla Mundi clarified that the wedding was “a family affair.”

Berla got married to her boyfriend, David Tabi, on January 5, 2023, in a private ceremony attended by close relatives and associates.

Her husband is reported to be from a family background of mining and agriculture, with several investments spread across the country.
