Former presidential candidate and Member of Parliament, Papa Kwesi Nduom has emphasized the significance of his nickname, Edumawura.
He has expressed his intention to reclaim his banking licenses from the future president who emerges victorious in the 2024 elections.
This is to enable him to provide employment opportunities for numerous Ghanaians. Dr Nduom is determined to utilize his energy and enthusiasm to transform GN Bank into an exceptional financial institution that caters to the unbanked population.

“Those who when they hear me talk all they think of is politics. I want them to understand that if you hear my name understand that this is the man they call Edumawura, I am not talking politics so if you’re competing to become President, I am also serving you notice, if this Akufo-Addo administration they don’t give us our license be ready when you come give us our license back and you’ll see what will happen all over this country.
“The vigour, the enthusiasm that we will use to lift up GN Bank to make it become a spectacular bank for the unbanked, the millions who are looking for a safe way to save their money but also the small businesses who are looking for money so their small business can grow,” he said.
