Ghanaian actress and television personality Nana Ama McBrown has opened up about a harrowing car accident that nearly claimed her life.
Speaking about the experience, she shared how a routine day turned into a nightmare, leaving her shaken and grateful to be alive.

“I noticed that the airbag in the car had busted, and smoke was coming out of it,” McBrown recounted, describing the chaos and fear she felt in the moment. “I saw death and became terrified. My life flashed before my eyes.”
Trapped in her seatbelt, the actress tried desperately to free herself but found no immediate escape. “I tried to get out of the car, but I was stuck in my seatbelt. Slowly, I tried to scream for help,” she said, her voice filled with emotion.
Her rescue came from an unexpected source. “By the grace of God, a truck driver passing by with his mate saw me and came to my rescue. That is how I survived that accident. Nobody saw me. The next thing you would have heard would have been that I was dead.”

Reflecting on the experience, McBrown urged others to cherish life and stay vigilant. “Every day is a gift. I’ve learned to appreciate the little things because, in that moment, I truly thought it was all over,” she added.
