I Lied About Agya Koo’s Mansion- Oboy Siki Confesses

Oboy Siki has once again augmented his controversial personality by insisting that his recent outburst about Agya Koo’s mansion should not be taken literally.

Oboy Siki had initially asserted in an interview that Agya Koo funded his new mansion with money acquired for sponsoring Nana Addo’s candidacy in the 2016 and 2020 elections.

In this new development, the veteran Kumawood actor made a startling admission, acknowledging that he planned the attack on Agya Koo on purpose. He admitted that he had worked with Big Akwes to start the disparaging remarks in an interview on Angel FM.

Oboy Siki took it upon himself to lead the effort and deliver the critical remarks, despite Big Akwes’ hesitation. In addition, Oboy Siki acknowledged that he and Big Akwes frequently consider pursuing successful but innocent celebrities in order to get attention on social media.

In order to bolster his claim, he alluded to the current conflict between Big Akwes and Oboy Frank Nero, underlining their conscious efforts to stir up controversy for their own benefit.

Days ago, it would be recalled that Oboy Siki said Agya Koo’s endorsement of the NPP in the last two general elections gave him access to a sizeable sum of money, which he channelled into the erection of the magnificent edifice.

“Agya was sidelined in the movie industry, so things weren’t going well for him, so in 2016, he went to do an endorsement for NPP, and that is where he got enough money. So, I want to explain to Ghanaians that, for us, the movie actors, if we can build, our money cannot build a proper house.

“So, all those who have built in Accra with these big mansions are not funds from the movie industry, so if anybody says so, that is a very big lie. The NPP money helped Agya to fund his building …with my knowledge and the things I know, that money was used for the building,” he said.

“In 2020, he went to do another endorsement for NPP in Cape Coast and took a lot of money, per my knowledge, because those times I was following politics, I know the inside and outside of politics, but I haven’t involved myself.

“The truth is that for that building, he started with his own money, but the finishing was done with political money. I am telling you the truth, and even the last time I told him to his face that I would tell the public about it, so in case he hears, he shouldn’t be surprised. Lastly, he has also gone to endorse Kennedy, and he is going to take another big money,” he had said.
