The Nigerian social media star and influencer, who recently relocated abroad, took to Instagram to respond to the backlash after showcasing stacks of dollar bills, a move that fueled scepticism among followers.

This controversy comes amid his recent legal challenges in Nigeria, where he reportedly faced detentions when attempting to leave the country, linked to investigations surrounding a potential jail term.
Despite the criticism, Bobrisky maintained his confidence and sense of humour. In his response, he appeared unfazed by the allegations, affirming that the money was indeed his and dismissing the idea of renting cash.
He even took a lighthearted approach by ‘praying’ for his critics, showing that he’s more than capable of handling the online scrutiny.

According to Bobrisky, “The cash I’m showing belongs to me. In the country I’m currently residing in, renting money for show-offs like this isn’t a common practice,” offering a sense of detachment from the persistent trolling he faces online.
