Horror Movie- Sam George Reacts To Bawumia’s Economic Address

Sam George has strongly criticized Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, accusing him of presenting Ghanaians with a repetitive and unoriginal narrative while also belittling their intelligence with his speech.

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, addressed Ghanaians in a highly publicized event titled “Bawumia Speaks: Ghana’s Next Chapter: Selfless Leadership and Bold Solutions for the Future.”

The event, held at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), provided an opportunity for the vice president to share his vision for the future of Ghana, particularly in light of the country’s ongoing International Monetary Fund (IMF) bailout.

Sam George, the lawmaker representing Ningo Prampram, stated that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will provide a suitable response to Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia’s address.

Based on his initial reaction, Sam George suggested that the leader of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) was either confused or intentionally deceiving the Ghanaian people.

“Same Script. Same Writer. Same Plot. Different Ink. Bawumia is either clearly confused or deliberately misleading the Ghanaian people. This is not a new chapter. It is simply Act 1, Scene 2 of the horror movie we have been living since 2017. We would respond appropriately,” he wrote on his X platform.
