Rev. Eastwood Anaba, the founder of Eastwood Anaba Ministries, has plans to confront God with questions concerning painful experiences from his past.

He made a reference to the tragic death of both of his biological children and four of his spiritual children in an accident and he questioned why God did not act to prevent their deaths. He made this statement during a sermon in which he urged his followers to extend the same level of mercy to their fellow humans as they do to God when bad things happen to them.

The sad incident happened in April 2009, when two of his daughters and some relatives died in a tragic accident on the Tamale-Bolgatanga Highway. Six people from the Fountain Gate Chapel were killed in a car accident on the eve of Easter while traveling to the church’s Easter convention

“I don’t know about you, but God has done things against me paa, and one day when I see him, I will ask him, why do you do this against me? I have things against God. God sat in heaven, and he didn’t help me, and I lost my two children plus four other children in one day, and the pain almost killed me”.

“And God said he is the omnipotent, Almighty God, and I was serving God. So if it was a human being that allowed that thing to happen to me, would I forgive the person, I would say I cannot forgive, but when it is God, out of hypocrisy, because I’m a liar when its God I take and forgive, but when a human being does something which is not even close to that I will say I will not forgive” he said.
