Ghanaian TikTok Couple Godpapa And Empress Lupita Remanded Into Police Custody Over Deaths Of Their Two Children

, Ghana Street Journal

Ghanaian TikTok couple Godpapa The Greatest and his wife Empress Lupita have been remanded into police detention on suspicion of murdering two of their three children after they were arrested last week on May 24.

The Tema Community 2 Police arrested the couple after their second child revealed in an exclusive interview with Kofi TV that his parents had murdered his older siblings. The boy is said to have left the house in fear for his life.

Many Ghanaians have demanded justice for the children and a greater awareness of mental health issues following their dance videos and strange activities in their home, posted on social media with captions that suggest they have sacrificed their child.

According to the couple, they sacrificed their child because they believed he was possessed by an evil spirit and would indulge in criminal activities that would destroy Ghana as an adult.

The TDC Magistrate Court has charged the couple, who were formerly pastors, with homicide and remanded them to police custody.

The court also demanded that the remanded couple reappears before the TDC Magistrate court on June 15, 2023.
