Rapper Boosie Badazz didn’t hold back his thoughts regarding Sean “Diddy” Combs’ recent arrest.
In a passionate series of posts on X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday, September 18, the 41-year-old rapper criticized the charges Diddy faces, suggesting the situation is nothing out of the ordinary for high-profile entertainers.
“Diddy’s in jail for basically doing what every other famous entertainer has done,” Boosie wrote. He went on to explain that flying women out for threesomes is a common practice in the entertainment industry, adding, “He’s just freakier.”
Expressing his frustration over the situation, Boosie said, “If that’s the case, that’s 80% of the women reading this and trafficking? Hell no!”
He further questioned the severity of the charges Diddy could face, claiming, “You’re a celebrity, you gotta fly women in. How else you gonna get the women? You’re never in one place.”
In his posts, Boosie highlighted what he sees as a broader issue, warning that the “sex trafficking” charge might be used as a tool to target celebrities, especially those in the hip-hop community.
“I’m starting to feel like this ‘sex trafficking’ charge for flying women in for threesomes will be used to take down hip hop artists and celebrities,” he speculated.
He urged people to consider the number of high-profile figures who fly women in for private encounters, questioning why Diddy’s situation is being treated differently.
For him, Diddy’s arrest isn’t just about one man—it’s a potential signal that the spotlight on celebrity behaviour is becoming increasingly scrutinized, particularly in hip-hop.
