Medikal recently shared on X and sighted by Tru News Report that he and Fella Makafui are no longer together, opting to co-parent their child amicably.
The reason behind their split was not disclosed by the rapper but this has ultimately succeeded in adding a new aura to entertainment in Ghana.
Some speculate this announcement could be a publicity stunt ahead of his London concert, especially considering his recent online feuds with Showboy and Criss Waddle.

A cursory look by Tru News Report on Fella Makafui’s various social media handles reveals she has not addressed the situation yet.
Medikal has a history of using personal matters for promotional purposes, as seen in his 2020 song ‘El Chapo’ where he claimed to have divorced Fella.
“Somebody tell Fella I’m sorry, I know say people go bore me but I still go fight for love, Chuck Norris I still love you, you’re my baby,” he said.
Before the release of the song, Medikal had shared a picture of Fella Makafui on his Instagram account along with the message “I apologize.”
A few followers had observed that the actress had removed all photos of the rapper from her various social media accounts.
Medikal and Fella Makafui, who dated for more than a year, finally got married in 2018.
The marriage came about amidst rumours that the rapper had cheated on his former girlfriend, singer Sister Derby, with the actress.
