Sean Diddy Combs, the iconic music mogul, is embroiled in another serious legal battle, with a new sexual assault lawsuit adding to his growing list of legal challenges.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six on Friday, a woman identified as Jane Doe has accused the rapper of repeatedly assaulting her over four years, beginning in 2020.
In a disturbing twist, the woman, who has chosen to remain anonymous, also alleges that she became pregnant as a result of the assaults, which eventually led to a miscarriage.
Represented by attorney Joseph L. Ciaccio, Jane Doe claims her first encounter with Combs took place while she was abroad in 2020.
Soon after, he allegedly invited her on an all-expenses-paid trip, a gesture that initiated what she describes as a manipulative and abusive relationship.
Between 2021 and 2022, she frequently visited Combs at his residences in Los Angeles, New York, and Miami. However, she asserts that Combs coerced her into these visits, using intimidating language and sending drivers to her home to exert pressure.
The lawsuit further details alleged instances of physical abuse, with the woman claiming she often woke up with unexplained injuries, including bruises and bite marks.
One such event in the spring of 2022 left her with visible purple bruises, and she recalls waking up to a bite mark on her foot.
Jane Doe also accuses Combs of drugging her drinks, forcing her to consume substances such as ketamine, particularly during an incident in July 2022 that left her unconscious. Shortly after this incident, she discovered she was pregnant, but the lawsuit claims that Combs’ associates pressured her to terminate the pregnancy, which was followed by a miscarriage.
The alleged abuse didn’t stop there. Jane Doe reports that Combs continued to contact her through calls and texts up until July 2024, keeping her in a constant state of fear. She accuses him of monitoring her movements and communications, ensuring she remained silent about the alleged assaults.
The plaintiff is now seeking an unspecified amount in damages, citing the physical, emotional, and financial toll she has suffered as a result of the alleged abuse. She claims that the traumatic experiences left her with lasting injuries, both physical and emotional.
As of now, Combs’ representatives have not responded to these latest allegations. This lawsuit is yet another blow to Combs, whose legal troubles have been mounting in recent times. TMZ was the first to report on the lawsuit, while Page Six continues to follow the developments closely.
