A few weeks after Diana Asamoah caused the arrest of her junior pastor for stealing money from her MoMo account, the gospel musician has arrested another pastor for the same offense, claiming that the accused used for sports betting.
The veteran gospel artiste shared this during her evangelism broadcast on Angel FM, where she detailed how she uncovered fraudulent activity while conducting a bank transaction.
She disclosed that the junior pastor, who’s affectionately called Apostle, had illicitly accessed her bank account and used the funds for betting as well as lavish online acquisitions, such as shopping on Amazon.
“Because the money was not his, he was placing bets in the thousands,” she explained. A detailed analysis revealed digital expenditures totalling GH₵31,000 on betting, Amazon, and other online transactions.
“He was on a spending spree because he hadn’t earned the money,” she added. The suspect, known as Apostle, is currently in police custody.
Diana Asamoah recently addressed the ongoing conflict with Kwaku Manu by implying that he lacks depth and attacked her unjustly due to her recent activities with Edward Akwasi Boateng.
The gospel musician, known for her affiliation with the New Patriotic Party (NPP), claimed that Kwaku Manu resorted to physical insults, and she is ready to respond to him spiritually as she believes in her strong connection with God and ability to overcome him in the spiritual realm.
“If you do not come and attack me, I will not attack you. I have seen many people with shallow minds in Christ coming to social media to attack me,” Diana Asamoah said.
