In a recent interview on Kingdom FM, ace media personality Ohemaa Woyeje shared her thoughts on the long-standing feud between Deloris Frimpong Manso, popularly known as Delay, and Madam Akua Donkor, the flagbearer of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP).

Ohemaa Woyeje expressed her disapproval of the curses invoked by Akua Donkor on Delay, while also acknowledging that Delay’s behavior during the interview was not entirely fair.

The controversy dates back to almost a decade ago when Delay interviewed Akua Donkor on her show. During the interview, Delay made several disrespectful comments towards Akua Donkor, questioning her mental stability and calling her a mad woman.

This deeply offended Akua Donkor, who felt humiliated and disrespected, especially considering her age and status as a political figure.

In response to Delay’s remarks, Akua Donkor invoked curses on her, declaring that Delay would never find a good man to marry and would remain childless.

Despite the passage of time, Akua Donkor has reiterated that she has not forgiven Delay and has no intention of reversing the curses.

Ohemaa Woyeje, in her reaction, emphasized the importance of treating guests with respect, especially when they are older and hold significant positions. She urged Delay to be more considerate and humane in her interactions with guests on her show.

However, Ohemaa Woyeje also made it clear that she does not support the curses placed on Delay, as she believes that such actions are not justified.
