David Mathenge better known by his stage name Nameless, is a Kenyan pop artist. David Mathenge has three children with his wife Wahu Kagwi. His children are all girls.
Through his musical abilities, Nameless has opened doors for several African artists in entertainment in Kenya to gain international recognition and collaboration chances.
He first gained notoriety in 1999 after taking first place in a star-search competition on Kenya’s Capital F.M., an urban music station, with his original song Megarider. He earned an architecture degree from the University of Nairobi. He married the singer Wahu Kagwi in 2005, and the two of them have three daughters.
David Mathenge has three children with his wife Wahu Kagwi. His children are all girls. Their names are Tumiso Mathenge, born in 2006, Nyakio Mathenge, born in 2013 and their last child Shiru, born 2022.
Speaking exclusively to Nairobi News on September 28, 2022, prior to the arrival of their last child, Nameless said.
“The baby is due in three weeks and the pressure has been loading for a while. I tried running away by going on tour but I had to come back. She said I must come back. At the same time, my online in-laws were becoming upset that I was delaying abroad and the baby and mum wanted me to add some things like the ears and so forth.”
Then again in 2022 when their last child was born, the couple named her Shiru.
“This is five minutes after she was born. My first earthly connection with my third-born daughter, Shiru, named after my eldest sister Rosemary according to Kikuyu tradition. We’ll also give her an African name soon.Thank you for your prayers and well wishes ! Shiru is healthy, beautiful and very alert . And wifey, MamaShiru did a splendid job to bring her to this world. Mum is fine and excited to start this journey together,” the father of three posted.
David Mathenge (Nameless)’s Children: Meet Tumiso Mathenge
Nameless first daughter, Tumiso Mathenge was born in 2006. This means he is 17 years old. The young lady often lives a low-key life despite her celebrity parents’ status. Recently, she was in the news when she demonstrated much bravery by allowing a snake to be wrapped around her neck.
Tumiso Mathenge calmly held a python around her neck as she took a few steps away from the snake handler. The same could not be said of her father, Nameless, who was in panic mode as the snake slithered up Tumiso’s head. “Can never be me. I know my village people,” commented a social media fan named Liz Mithamo.
David Mathenge (Nameless)’s Children: Meet Nyakio Mathenge
As mentioned above, Nameless whose real name is David Mathenge has three children with his wife Wahu and they are all girls. Nyakio Mathenge is their secondborn. Nyakio will be 11 years on August 9 this year. Her mom spent quality time with her by going for a photo shoot with her to commemorate her birthday when she turned 9 in 2011.
