Self-styled evangelist, Patricia Asiedu, also known as Nana Agradaa, appears to have been given some reprieve after a Circuit Court Judge refused to grant a warrant for her arrest.

The Police was seeking the arrest warrant following Nana Agradaa’s failure to show up in court on Wednesday, January 11, 2023.

The controversial spiritualist who now calls herself an evangelist, is standing trial for charlatanic advertisements and defrauding by false pretense.

She refused to show up in court on Wednesday for the two separate cases.

The police prosecutor in the case in which she is alleged to have defrauded some members of her church asked for an arrest warrant to compel her appearance in court.

However, Nana Agradaa’s lawyer asked the court not to grant the request because his client was unwell.

The judge after hearing the arguments, warned Agradaa’s lawyer to ensure that his client is present in court at subsequent hearings.
