Her legal troubles are compounded by ongoing issues with the law, raising significant concerns for her future and that of her young son. Fans may not hear from Chrisean Rock for an extended period as she grapples with these substantial legal hurdles.

The new mother, recognized for her reality TV appearances, was arrested in June 2024 at a courthouse in San Fernando Valley while supporting her partner, Blueface, who is also incarcerated. Rock was taken into custody due to a warrant related to an alleged assault with a deadly weapon.

Following her arrest, she received a 30-day sentence in a California jail. This arrest is believed to be connected to an incident from the previous year involving James Wright Chanel at a Tamar Braxton concert, where Chanel accused Rock of assaulting him in February 2023.

Although this link has not been officially verified, it is thought to be associated with the warrant that led to her recent arrest.

After serving her 30 days, Rock is set to be extradited to Oklahoma, where she faces charges for “possession of marijuana with intent to distribute” and “possession of a controlled dangerous substance without a tax stamp,” specifically involving crack cocaine.

Court documents indicate that each charge carries a potential four-year prison sentence, with a total maximum of eight years.

The developing legal situation has raised alarms among fans, particularly concerning Rock’s infant son, Chrisean Jr., who is still under a year old.

Rock’s legal predicaments further complicate the circumstances surrounding her partner, Blueface, who has been in jail since January 2024 for an alleged probation violation.
