Chris Brown and Lil Durk have been sued by music producer Micah Foster over their song “Till The Wheels Fall Off”.
Foster claims that elements of his 2019 track, “Wheels Fall Off,” were copied without permission for Brown and Durk’s collaboration, which was released in 2022.
According to the lawsuit, Foster alleges that Brown took the chorus, hook, and arrangement from his original track after hearing it while they were working together on Brown’s Breezy album.
Foster is now seeking compensation, as he claims he has not received any royalties from the song. Brown and Durk have yet to respond publicly to the lawsuit.
“Till the Wheels Fall Off” serves as the inaugural track on Brown’s 2022 album and includes contributions from Capella Grey.
The songwriting credits for the song go to RoccStar, Fridayy, Kifano Reque, and Yacoub Kawaja.
