During the presentation of Ghana’s budget and financial statement for the 2024 fiscal year, Minister of Finance, Ken Ofori-Atta made quite an entrance.

Instead of his usual brown leather bag, he arrived with a green Berluti bag, which reportedly cost $4233, according to inquiries made on an online shop.

This change in choice of bag did not go unnoticed, as Ofori-Atta’s arrival was met with smiles and greetings from his colleagues, including Deputy Abena Osei Asare and Minister of State Dr Mohammed Amin Adam.

About Berluti Bags for Men

Alessandro Berluti, known for his exceptional craftsmanship and distinctive leather finishing, established the eponymous French brand in 1895 following an apprenticeship. Since then, the brand has consistently produced impeccable footwear and accessories.

In 1978, Alessandro’s son, Talbinio Berluti, took over the company, leading to the expansion of the collection to include men’s ready-to-wear and accessories.

Berluti bags, ranging from elegant leather holdalls in various colors to modern leather suitcases and briefcases, are not only functional and stylish but also meticulously crafted from high-quality materials. The latest collection offers a diverse range of versatile bags to cater to all your needs.
