Legendary musician Charles Oputa, also known as Charly Boy or Area Fada has revealed in a new post online that he was star-struck when he recently met Davido.

The singer and songwriter preceded to share selfies of himself and Davido on Instagram and disclosed that Davido had shot the image. He added that he bumped into the Afrobeat singer on election day, February 25, at Boudillon.

He didn’t go into detail about their encounter, but he admitted he was nervous to meet the singer and that his hands were shaking, so the singer offered to assist him to take the photo.

“Meeting one of my favourite Artiste OBO, as I dey scooter on Boudillon today.

Na so my hand dey shake say I see Davido.
