Ghanaian dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has reignited his longstanding feud with former manager Bullgod, insisting he will no longer engage in court battles over their disputes.
In an interview with Ike De Unpredictable on Angel FM, Shatta Wale revealed how their earlier legal case was dismissed after a judge advised them to settle the matter amicably.
“When we went to court the first time, the judge said, ‘Bullgod, Shatta is your junior brother, try and settle this matter.’ And that’s how we took the issue out of court,” he recounted.

The dancehall star made it clear he has no intention of returning to court unless Bullgod returns what he claims to have given him. “I have given him $60,000 and a brand-new Sonata. He should return those things, or he should forget about the court,” Shatta declared, expressing frustration at the ongoing conflict.
The rift between Shatta Wale and Bullgod dates back to a series of public disputes, including a highly controversial accusation Shatta made in November 2022.
At the time, Shatta Wale alleged on social media that Bullgod was connected to the 2014 murder of Fennec Okyere, former manager of Kwaw Kese.
His post read, “Bullgod, since you are bringing out secrets, you will tell Ghanaians what happened to Fennec’s murder!! And I am not joking this time!!” He further claimed to have incriminating details that he was willing to share in court, accusing Bullgod of orchestrating the crime.
Bullgod responded by filing a defamation lawsuit at the Accra High Court, describing the allegations as malicious and seeking damages for the harm caused to his reputation.
Legal proceedings ensued, but by March 2023, both parties appeared open to an out-of-court settlement. Despite this, the case has yet to be fully resolved, and tensions have persisted.

Shatta Wale’s recent comments reveal a deeper frustration with the legal system, which he believes has done little to address his grievances or protect his interests.
He expressed dissatisfaction with the judicial process and reiterated his unwillingness to waste further time on legal battles.
“I won’t go to court again. No judge can force me. Bullgod knows what he owes me, and I’m tired of this back and forth,” he stated, adding that he felt unsupported by the country’s systems and left to fend for himself.
