Legendary singer Billy Joel gave fans a moment of concern during his recent performance at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut when he unexpectedly lost his balance and fell on stage.
The 75-year-old artist, known for his high-energy shows, was in the middle of performing It’s Still Rock and Roll to Me when he tossed his microphone into the audience, took a misstep, and landed on his back.
Despite the fall, Joel quickly recovered with the help of his bandmates, flashing a reassuring smile before continuing his set like a true professional.

Though some fans noted that he leaned on his microphone stand at times, he powered through the performance, even adding an extra song to his setlist.
The incident has sparked concern among fans, given Joel’s packed tour schedule, which includes stops in the US and the UK alongside musical greats like Sting, Stevie Nicks, and Rod Stewart.
However, if this stumble is anything to go by, the Piano Man isn’t letting anything slow him down just yet.
