Bishop Kwabena Asiamah, the outspoken founder of the Ajagurajah Movement, has stirred up social media with his recent warning to Black Sherif.
Addressing the young artist’s recent jabs at Shatta Wale over his fashion choices, Bishop Asiamah cautioned Black Sherif to tread carefully when dealing with Shatta Wale, citing the dancehall artist’s influence and resilience in the industry.
“Where are musicians like Iwan, Yaa Pono, the Militants, and others who’ve had issues with Shatta Wale?” Bishop Asiamah asked.

“Which musician still has a thriving career after clashing with him, apart from Stonebwoy?” he added, emphasizing that Shatta Wale’s reputation goes beyond just his music. According to him, Shatta Wale’s staying power in the industry could pose a potential threat to any artist who opposes him.
Bishop Asiamah believes Shatta Wale is “protected” in a unique way, suggesting that this influence is both personal and spiritual.
“He has some kind of protection backing him,” he said, hinting at an unseen force that might shield Shatta from career setbacks that have affected others who’ve crossed paths with him.
But Bishop Asiamah’s remarks didn’t stop with Shatta Wale. He pointed to the people behind some of Ghana’s biggest artists, underscoring how crucial it is to recognize and respect these influences.
He admitted, “I’m not afraid of Sarkodie, but his wife—she’s someone I fear. A woman who can make you rich and stand by you through difficult times, I’m afraid of her.” Asiamah’s respect for Tracy Sarkcess, Sarkodie’s wife, speaks to the stability and strength she brings to the rapper’s career.
Similarly, he mentioned Stonebwoy’s father, whom he described as a powerful influence. “I’m also not afraid of Stonebwoy, but I fear his father.
“That man is spiritually strong. Why do you think Stonebwoy’s career is still thriving?” Bishop Asiamah’s words suggest that spiritual support from family members plays a pivotal role in artists’ endurance in the competitive music industry.

Bishop Asiamah’s advice to Black Sherif comes after Shatta Wale openly criticized the rapper’s sense of style on the podcast Rants, Bants, and Confessions. In response, Black Sherif humorously clapped back at Shatta Wale, poking fun at the veteran’s style.
