Known for his larger-than-life persona and often provocative statements, Prophet Kumchacha has once again stirred the pot with his recent comments about marriage and beauty during an interview on UTV. “I will never marry an ugly woman.
As a man, before you settle down, the beauty of the woman also counts,” he declared, showcasing his unapologetic approach to discussing social norms and expectations.
Kumchacha went on to assert that beauty should carry significant weight in a relationship, stating, “The beauty should be 40 percent while the character should be 60 percent.”
He explained that many men who choose partners deemed unattractive tend to shy away from public events with them.
“Men who marry ugly women mostly don’t attend social functions with them because they don’t want people to laugh at them,” he remarked, further challenging conventional views on beauty and companionship.
Additionally, he pointed out a trend among Ghanaian pastors, noting, “If you have noticed, most pastors in Ghana, especially the prophets, are selective when selecting a wife.
When she is following you, her physique also influences the church members.” This observation underlines the impact that outward appearances can have on public perception and the dynamics of leadership within the church.
