A viral video featuring Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams participating in a workout routine has recently surfaced online, drawing widespread attention on social media.

The footage shows the popular man of God leader in a white shirt and black shorts, sporting matching trainers and socks, as he spars with his fitness coach in his house.

Despite his best efforts, Duncan-Williams struggled to keep up with the instructor, delivering feeble punches due to his advanced age and limited mobility.

Additionally, his son, Dill Williams, was also captured in the video engaging in intense training sessions, including lifting heavy dumbbells and working out his legs on the staircase.

Nicholas Duncan-Williams is the presiding Archbishop and General Overseer of the Action Chapel International (ACI) Ministry.

Headquartered in Accra, Ghana, ACI operates globally with affiliates and branch churches in North America, Europe, and Africa. In 2017, he led the prayer for the United States President-elect and Vice President-elect ahead of the inauguration.
