In a sombre moment of reflection, popular Ghanaian spiritual leader, Prophet Kwabena Boakye Asiamah, widely known as Prophet Ajagurajah, has opened up about an incident from his past that now weighs heavily on his conscience.
In a video trending online, the prophet expressed deep regret after learning that a man he had cursed two years ago had died.

Speaking about the situation, Prophet Ajagurajah revealed how the news of the man’s death came to him unexpectedly. “I have regretted.
“My guilty conscience is disturbing me this morning,” he confessed. According to him, the incident began when he was doing a live broadcast, and during the session, a viewer insulted him. Reacting out of anger, Ajagurajah cursed the man, telling him that “water will kill him.”
At the time, Ajagurajah, who is known for his fiery personality and spiritual teachings, dismissed the comment as a heat-of-the-moment reaction.
But two years later, the weight of those words came crashing down when he received a call from Kumasi early one morning. The caller, who had gotten Ajagurajah’s number from a radio presenter, informed him of the man’s passing.
Shaken by the revelation, the prophet admitted that his conscience has been troubled ever since. “That is all I said due to anger,” Ajagurajah explained, visibly distressed by the idea that his curse might have played a role in the man’s untimely death.
He went on to express his regret, acknowledging that the situation has made him reconsider how he reacts to provocations, especially in the heat of anger.
Ajagurajah is no stranger to controversy. Known for his unconventional spiritual practices and bold statements, he has built a reputation as one of Ghana’s most outspoken religious leaders.
