Ajagurajah has opened up about a shocking assassination attempt on his life. In a candid interview with Fiffi Praat on Accra-based Kingdom FM, the spiritual leader disclosed that some family members and enemies conspired to have him killed.
“Someone paid assassins to kill me. It was a conspiracy between some family members and my enemies,” he revealed, explaining the dangerous situation he’s been facing.
Ajagurajah explained that these threats have forced him to take extra precautions in his daily life, especially when it comes to public appearances.
“I used to post my interview flyers a week ahead of the show, but now I post them just three hours before the time so they can’t plan how to kill me,” he said, highlighting the steps he’s had to take to protect himself. “A lot of people hate me. They claim I’ve visited places to protect myself, and yes, I have.”
The prophet was unapologetic about the measures he’s taken for his safety. “The problem is, the protection I have on me is strong, and that’s what they’re missing,” he added.
For Ajagurajah, it’s not just about protection but about being misunderstood by those who seek his downfall.
He further addressed the issue of family expectations, particularly when it comes to finances. “They want me to spend my money on them, but I won’t.
I will spend it on outsiders,” he stated firmly, signalling that he won’t be pressured by those who don’t support him.
