Actor Alex Pettyfer’s wife, Toni Garrn, has announced their divorce after two years of marriage.
Garrn, a German model, announced on her Instagram Story that she and Pettyfer had made the “very difficult decision to divorce to divorce.”
The couple, who share a one-year-old daughter named Luca, intend to maintain their relationship as co-parents and companions.
Pettyfer has yet to provide a response to the announcement.
The relationship between Pettyfer and Garrn began in 2018, and the “Wild Child” actor posed the question on Christmas Eve of 2019.
They wed in an intimate ceremony in late 2020.
In June last year, the pair tied the knot for a second time in a stunning ceremony in Paros, Greece.
Five months later, Garrn revealed her pregnancy news in a Vogue Germany photoshoot, saying that she and Pettyfer were “very, very excited” to become parents.
“I guess what it means for me is my life is definitely changing forever,” she told the magazine in the March 2021 interview.
“What was my very first reaction when I found out that I was pregnant? I think the first word that came to me was ‘finally!’”
She then said that the coronavirus pandemic was “the perfect time” to start a family.
