Rapper and entrepreneur 50 Cent has weighed in on the disturbing allegations against Jay-Z, sparking conversation with his signature blend of humour and intrigue.
In a social media post, he wrote, “Ok, I don’t know what’s going on, but are we gonna still have the Super Bowl? [worried face emoji] I’m just asking for a friend!”
The allegations stem from an amended lawsuit filed on December 8, in which JAY-Z is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl alongside Sean “Diddy” Combs at an afterparty following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards in New York City.

The lawsuit, originally filed in October against Diddy, has now implicated JAY-Z, sending shockwaves through the entertainment world and sparking a media frenzy.
50 Cent’s reaction, while characteristic of his penchant for stirring dialogue, has added a layer of public scrutiny to the allegations.
His mention of the Super Bowl—a global entertainment juggernaut—has raised questions about the potential impact these claims could have on corporate and cultural associations, particularly as JAY-Z has played a pivotal role in the NFL’s halftime show productions in recent years.
