Yul Edochie, on Tuesday, January 23, inaugurated his ministry, several months after he declared that God had called him to fulfill his purpose.
He christened his newly established church Salvation Ministry, TSM, and utilized all his social media platforms to reveal this development.
Before the unveiling, Yul had tantalized his fans on Twitter (X) by hinting at the imminent revelation of the most significant announcement of his life.
The actor revealed his plans to conduct the first ministration, emphasizing that it is now time to wholeheartedly engage in the Lord’s work, which involves spreading the authentic message of God.
Sharing the church poster with his image, Yul wrote; “It’s time to answer the call of God Almighty. It’s time to do His work fully. To spread the true message of God. Tune in, and he transformed.”
It is quite audacious of him to make this move, considering that the Nollywood actor had previously disclosed in November 2022 that he had been summoned to serve as a minister of God.
He asserted that he had received this divine calling a while back and had not taken any actions to fulfill it.
In his words; “I have a calling to be a preacher of God, to be one of God’s minister, to preach the word of God through words and actions.
“I’ve had this calling a long time ago – actually, many years ago. But, I’ve always felt maybe the time hadn’t come, the time wasn’t right. But now, it’s very strong. I feel the time has come.
“God has blessed me in this life. By God’s grace, I’ve become one of the biggest, one of the most celebrated actors in the continent of Africa. God has taken me to a very high point in my career. I’m starting to realise God lifted me as an actor to where I am so that I can become one of his ministers”.
