Keche Joshua has expressed strong criticism towards King Paluta, accusing him of disrespect following their recent collaboration on the song ‘My Father.’
The singer, part of the evergreen duo Keche, stated that King Paluta has shown significant disrespect towards him and his partner by not promoting their new song on his social media channels.
A frustrated Joshua pointed out that when King Paluta worked with artists like Eno Barony, he actively promoted those collaborations on his platforms.
He emphasized that Paluta has not afforded the same support for their joint effort. When Joshua reached out to Paluta’s management regarding this matter, he was informed that the artist does not utilize his social media to promote the work of others.
“We did a song with you and you never posted it. I reached out to your team and they said they don’t use his official account to post things. They use the King Paluta Army page rather,” Joshua stated.
He elaborated that despite several requests, King Paluta only hesitantly created a promotional video, which he ultimately did not share or retweet.
“You got an artiste like Keche and you disrespect us? You made it seem like we were disturbing you so you just did something for us.
“Let nobody come and say there’s no love in the industry because these one-hit artistes are very disrespectful,” he concluded.
The song “My Father,” featuring Keche and King Paluta, was released in June 2024 and has garnered approximately 42,000 views on its lyric video on YouTube.
