Controversial Nigerian socialite Bobrisky has taken to Instagram to express dissatisfaction with Yoruba celebrities, accusing them of being unwilling to spend money or show generosity at social gatherings.
In a fiery post, Bobrisky called out their perceived behaviour, claiming that they attend events solely to benefit themselves without contributing to the celebratory atmosphere.
“Who are the people inviting some of dis Yoruba celebrities?” Bobrisky questioned in his post. “You can hardly see them in my event cos they won’t spray you never. They will only come and hustle mtcw.”
The socialite went on to emphasize that their reluctance to spray money—a common gesture of goodwill and celebration in Nigerian parties—was the reason he avoids inviting them to his events.

According to him, they prioritize their appearances over showing generosity. “They will use all money to look good just to come and eat ur food and go mtwwwww. Only few of them come to spray you,” he added.
Bobrisky didn’t mince words, doubling down on his critique and urging followers to observe the behavior of these celebrities at parties. “Go and watch all the parties blog you can hardly see them spray. I said what I said,” he concluded.
This post stirred mixed reactions online, with some people agreeing with Bobrisky’s observations about party culture while others criticized the tone of the statement.
Yoruba celebrities are often celebrated for their cultural pride and influence, but Bobrisky’s comments hint at an ongoing tension between the socialite and some members of the entertainment industry.
