Nigerian music icon 2Baba Idibia has broken his silence on the growing speculation surrounding his relationship with Edo State lawmaker Natasha Osawaru.
In a social media video, he denounced the backlash Osawaru has faced, calling her a “brilliant and amazing woman” who has been unfairly labeled a homewrecker.

“She has nothing to do with what’s happening between me and Annie,” 2Baba said, urging critics to stop dragging her into his marital issues. He then made a bold declaration: “Yes, I love her. I want to marry her.”
The singer also expressed frustration over how the word “allege” is misused to spread baseless rumors without consequences.
His statement follows recent public sightings with Osawaru, including at the Edo State House of Assembly, fueling speculation about their relationship.
