Davido and Wizkid continue to engage in a war of words on social media, reigniting their long-standing feud and dragging their fans in the same negative direction.
Just when we thought the duo had reconciled after their club appearance and friendly embrace in viral videos that popped up in December 2023, they have once again started trading insults.
Wizkid initiated the fresh conflict by sharing an alleged video of Davido kneeling and pleading with his mistress to sleep with him. Davido, on the other hand, used the video as an opportunity to ask his fans to beg him so that he could release a new album for them.
In response, Davido fired back, stating that he had no time for Wizkid, whose career he claimed was dead, and accused him of using their feud to gain attention and revive his own career.
In the latest exchange of animosity, Wizkid criticized Davido, alleging that he relies on a ghostwriter to pen all his songs, implying that he cannot compete with him on a musical level.
Wizkid posted:
U and all ur crew plus ur pant washer song writer go to sleep at night thinking you actually got anything on me in music 🤣😂 wish u all well ✌️
Davido’s response labelled Wizkid as a woman beater, a grave accusation that has sparked conversations among fans.
Wizkid will probably retaliate, intensifying the conflict and fueling further drama between the two factions.
