Mercy Eke wants to voluntarily exit the ongoing ‘All Stars’ edition of the popular Big Brother Nigeria (Big Brother Naija) show. She conveyed her intentions to the organizers amidst tears during her diary session.
On Wednesday, Mercy Eke cited her altercation with Alex as the reason for her decision. The incident occurred on Tuesday, August 28, following the Guinness arena task, and escalated to the point where Mercy was subjected to hurtful language, including being told to ‘go and die’.
During her diary session, Mercy shared that the altercation and the words used by the filmmaker had deeply affected her, particularly as they are friends outside of the house. With a heavy heart, Mercy Eke expressed her exhaustion and requested to leave the house voluntarily.
She said: “When Alex said ‘go and die,’ I felt like it wasn’t a big deal, even though she claimed not to remember saying it. However, as I thought about it more, I realized I would never tell anyone to ‘go and die.
“I felt incredibly sorrowful after the argument. Engaging in a quarrel with Alex, of all people, was unexpected. Now, I’m at a loss. And I feel like I’m ready to go home.”
