Why Counsellor Lutterodt is defending Sompa presenter arrested for defiling minor

Counsellor Lutterodt has immersed himself in the latest entertainment news involving the Sompa FM presenter who proudly admitted to defiling a minor.

In response to the trending story, the controversial marriage counsellor and a self-proclaimed expert emotional fixer have advocated for the presenter’s immediate release, arguing that the on-air personality should be absolved of any wrongdoing.

In defending his stance, Lutterodt drew a comparison between the presenter’s admission and the testimonies often heard in Christian churches, where individuals share their past actions and the subsequent changes in their lives.

He posited that if the presenter, who has been called out as a paedophile, faces legal consequences, then people such as Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, who has admitted to a history of armed robbery, should also be held accountable.

Counsellor Lutterodt further maintained that individuals are capable of change and that the act of arresting the presenter for his previous indiscretions should not lead to the arrest of individuals like Duncan-Williams, who have confessed to similar criminal activities in the past.

Recall that a video circulating on the internet shows the man admitting to the inappropriate act during a live radio broadcast.

“I had sex with one 14-year-old a few years ago. Her father is a wealthy man in Dormaa Ahenkro.” he started.

“I slept with her so much… She was very voluptuous. I had sex with her multiple times from when she was in class 6 until she completed Kumasi SHS. Oh Kwame, sinning is not good,” he reflected.

Explaining how this story relates to the conversation of karma they were having, the man proceeded to say, “Now after my daughter also got to that level, I noticed one teacher had also started engaging her inappropriately, and so I complained about it to my wife, and then she reminded me of my past sin with the other girl.”

“She asked what age the girl was when I had sex with her, and then I said she was about 14–15 years old. Then she asked me how I got hold of her.

“I said it was through extra classes and by the time I knew it, I had broken her virginity. And then my wife responded, do you know God has paid you back? I thought about it and told her she was right. The law of natural karma. It hurt me,” he mentioned.
