In recent hours, Efia Odo and rapper Kwesi Arthur have engaged in a heated exchange following her remarks about him on the widely discussed podcast Rants, Bants and Confessions.
The podcast’s teaser, which circulated on social media, led to misunderstandings regarding Efia Odo’s intentions.
However, the complete episode has since been released, revealing that Efia expressed her reluctance to delve into the specifics of her relationship with the Grind Day rapper, citing concerns that it might tarnish his image.
Nevertheless, Efia Odo asserted that Kwesi Arthur had committed significant wrongs against her, ultimately damaging their friendship.
“Yes, I was once supporting him but you know Kwesi did some hurtful things to me. I don’t want to say it here because I respect him as a person. If I was to say the things he did to me, it would dirty his image. When everything ended, I stopped the support, because why will I keep supporting someone who has f*cked me over?”
She continued, “It’s so funny that when he and I stopped being friends, and he left his label, Ground Up, that’s when his career dwindled, and they gave me this tag as bad luck.”
As previously mentioned in a publication on GhanaStreetJournal, some bloggers mistakenly linked Efia’s comments which have to do with Revloe to Kwesi Arthur, with whom she previously had a romantic relationship.
Kwesi Arthur failed to accept this situation lightly. Noticing his name prominently featured across various blogs in connection with Efia Odo’s comments, the rapper urged Efia to stop leveraging his success for attention, warning that the matter could escalate to legal action if it continues.
Kwesi further implied that these artists lack authenticity, ultimately telling them to distance themselves from him.
He posted: “Young men coming up in the industry or just in general please don’t think with your dick and disassociate yourself from any women who would use what you work so hard to build for yourself and family for social media clout.”

“To all my so called friends, family, and the “media who has been seeing this go on for a very long time now and keeps silent. Fuck you.”
