Omowunmi Aloba, the wife of the late musician Mohbad declared shared on social media that she found comfort in Brymo’s music during this difficult time of losing her husband and dealing with all the subsequent drama.
Affectionately known as Wunmi, she expressed how Brymo’s songs played a significant role in her healing process and helped her overcome her darkest days.
Although she didn’t mention any specific tracks, Wunmi took to her social media page to highlight the therapeutic effect of Brymo’s musical renditions, describing them as “soothing” and bringing her “pure bliss.”
She wrote; “Brymo songs have done more than uplift and match my mood; they’ve healed and pulled me out of my darkest days. His music is so soothing, pure bliss”.
This post comes days after she defiantly stated that the requests made by her late husband’s family and other Nigerians for a DNA test on their son will not be entertained as she is not prepared for it.
Despite previously showing her willingness to prove the paternity, she has now expressed that she is not ready for the test, deeming the request unfair as she claims the late musician was the only person she had been intimate with.
In an audio message circulating online, the mother of one emphasized that only her deceased husband had the authority to request a DNA test from her.
Wunmi said: “Mohbad disvirgined me; nobody has the right to tell me to do a DNA test. I have never slept with any man except him. I will never do any DNA; no one can tell me to do DNA except I wish to. Koni daa fun gbogbo yin ranting about DNA.”
