A Plus has issued a stern warning to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) youth who stormed the UTV studios on October 7, 2023, following a confrontation during the United Showbiz program.
The incident, which occurred live on air, was sparked when A Plus tore up a letter from the NPP addressed to UTV management, demanding reforms to the show.
The group of NPP supporters, angered by A Plus’ actions, interrupted the broadcast and made threats to beat the musician and other panellists.
Their disruptive behaviour led to a tense standoff on set, and the altercation has since been a topic of heated debate.

Now, months after the incident, A Plus has warned the youth group that legal action will be taken against them. In a video shared on social media, A Plus said, “Abi, you see your smoothness level?
We shall bring fresh charges against all of you after 7th January.”
His words signal that he plans to take legal action once the new year begins, making it clear that he won’t back down from confronting those who attacked him.
The NPP youth, who felt disrespected by A Plus’ actions, are likely to respond to the warning, but A Plus has made it clear that he will stand firm on holding those responsible accountable.
