According to a new report by TMZ, Tiger Woods’ most recent girlfriend, who has been dating him for about six years, is suing him for an NDA she says he made her sign. She is relying on a law that forbids NDAs when there is proof of sexual assault or harassment.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, Erica Herman lays out her complaints in plain language. She claims that TW forced her to sign an NDA at the beginning of their relationship, which began in August 2017, and that the NDA is now being unfairly enforced against her.

Herman claims in the documents that Tiger’s private trust is trying to force her into secrecy about their relationship by fiercely upholding the NDA she signed.

She contends in her legal documents that the Speak Out Act, which forbids the enforcement of an NDA signed before a dispute involving sexual assault or sexual harassment occurs, should be invoked to declare the NDA unenforceable.

She doesn’t say when she and Tiger split up, but it appears that they are no longer dating. Publicly, there hasn’t been any indication of a breakup, even though Herman and Tiger haven’t been spotted together in a while, not even at his most recent round of golf a few weeks ago.

In any event, Herman claims that she wants clarification from the court in this situation because, in her words, she is eager to talk to Tiger about her experiences. She wants the NDA to be declared void and unenforceable by a court.
