Politician Hopeson Adorye thinks it is ridiculous for people to talk about his wife, Empress Gifty’s figure on social media. According to him, he has no problem with people enhancing themselves physically.
The failed parliamentary aspirant made these comments while defending his gospel musician wife in an interview with the blogger Sammy Kay.
“People who criticise my wife’s figure on social media don’t have the money to enhance their own physique and are just jealous.”
When asked about his thoughts of body enhancement, he replied, “That’s none of my business.”
He then went on to tell Sammy Kay that his decision to get a haircut is also an enhancement. “There is nothing wrong with people enhancing their body.”
He stated that he doesn’t consider physical enhancement to be a bad thing because even things like hernia and fibroid operations are enhancements.
According to him, he had an operation to get rid of something in his eyes, which is also part of body enhancement.
He says many people including pastors are also guilty when it comes to body enhancement, adding that the entire country owes Moesha Budong an apology.
