In a candid interview with Papadat on Lawson FM, LilWin opened up about his struggle to gain acknowledgement in the music industry, despite his efforts and contributions.
“I’m doing extremely well as a musician, but sadly, the industry keeps trying so hard to ignore me,” LilWin stated, highlighting the challenges that many artists face when their hard work goes unnoticed.
“I’m not just an actor. I’ve worked hard as a musician, but instead of awarding entertainers who truly deserve it, the organizers prioritize those they know.
That’s the problem with our industry,” LilWin continued, emphasizing his frustration with the system.
