The 26th edition of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMAs) has officially kicked off with the opening of submissions for 2025.

The organisers of the annual award scheme, Charterhouse, announced on January 21, 2025, inviting music industry professionals to submit their works for consideration.

This marks the beginning of a new chapter for the highly anticipated awards, which continue to celebrate and uplift Ghana’s music industry on both the local and international stage.

In this year’s edition, the awards have been restructured to better represent the diversity and vibrancy of Ghanaian music.

The call for submissions is extended to artists, record labels, managers, producers, instrumentalists, composers, and all music professionals whose works have been commercially released between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024.

Entries should be submitted through the official portal at www.entry.ghanamusicawards.com by the deadline of February 16, 2025.

This year’s changes go beyond simple adjustments. Charterhouse has expanded and updated the categories to reflect the industry’s evolving dynamics, making room for more genres and achievements to be acknowledged.
