Sability hitmaker, Ayra Starr appeared on Capital Xtra and subtly implied that her older colleague Tems is not the type who answers calls quickly.
In fact, she mentioned that Tems tends to avoid picking up her phone, especially in the mornings, when prompted by the host to FaceTime a musician she is close to.
Additionally, Ayra revealed that her celebrity friends have a habit of either hanging up the phone or taking their time to answer.
She further explained that if the situation was reversed and one of her friends was being interviewed, they would immediately call her instead.
During the show, Ayra then placed a call to Nigerian singer Darkoo, who surprisingly answered the call despite appearing to be asleep.
Ayra explained that it was just a prank and apologized for waking up the talented songstress.
The ‘Rush’ crooner said; “If you dared somebody else, they will call me…Tems is not gonna pickup, let me try Darkoo. She might have my time today.”
