The long-running tensions between Suge Knight and Ray J have reached a boiling point, with the former Death Row Records boss calling out the singer for what he claims are false statements.

Adding fuel to the fire, Knight’s son, Suge J. Knight, has openly challenged Ray J to a fight, accusing him of spreading lies about their family.

Speaking from prison, Suge Knight didn’t hold back in his criticism. His frustration stems from Ray J’s claims that he holds the rights to Knight’s life story, as well as comments he made about former Death Row artist Danny Boy’s past.

Addressing the situation in an interview with The Art of Dialogue, Knight made it clear that he wasn’t going to let it slide.

“When it comes to Ray J and you saying you got my life rights… now you playing with my kids and my family, so we gonna play with yours,” he stated. He didn’t stop there, vowing to take legal action against the singer. “I’m gonna sue your punk ass. I will get every dime you get.”

The dispute didn’t end with just words from Knight. His son, Suge J. Knight, took to Instagram to escalate the situation further. Clearly agitated, he called out Ray J, challenging him to a fight.

“You wanna talk about my family? You wanna spread lies? Let’s run that. Suge J versus Ray J,” he said in a direct video message.

“He also implied that Ray J didn’t have the background to handle such a confrontation, drawing a sharp line between their upbringings.

The root of this feud appears to be Ray J’s recent interviews where he discussed his past relationship with Suge Knight and Death Row Records in the 1990s.

Knight and his son strongly dispute his version of events, suggesting that Ray J is inflating his role and connection to the iconic label.
